In addition to her music, she has also starred in several films, including “Steel Magnolias” and “9 to 5.” Parton is also known for her philanthropic work, having established the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, which provides free books to children from birth to age five in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
